• Hydrate – drink lots of water days leading up to your session and the day of your session. Being well hydrated increases the transparency of your amniotic fluid.
• Eat something sweet before your appointment – this will often help wake baby up and get them moving
• Pay attention to your baby’s routine – try and schedule your session during your babies wake windows

The further along you are in pregnancy the better you’ll be able to capture detailed features of your baby in a 3d/4d scan.

3. Can I see the gender of my baby and when?
